AREAS OF EXPERTISE: * Strong analysis skills of contract management, design drawings, specifications and documents with applications to U.S. and international building codes and onsite construction techniques of preliminary design through construction closeout. * In depth understanding of construction planning, construction scheduling, and operations with effective problem solving to achieve goals and maintaining cost effectiveness to accomplish objectives. * Reinforced concrete experience to include inspection and placement of reinforcing steel, form work, concrete placement. * Steel building erection to include compliance with local codes for structures and grounding. * HVAC certified with over 15 years of hands-on field experience installing various HVAC systems. * Eight plus year's electrical installation experience to include: low voltage wiring, medium voltage wiring, Power generation systems for functional housing and commercial construction applications. * OSHA and USACE trained in safety and compliance management.
