Summary of Qualifications I'm an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst with a strong background in operations, managing project needs across all functional areas also, acting as the liaison between IT and Operational teams. My role encompassed managing several projects simultaneously and ensuring project deliverables were keep within scope/budget, they were accurate and completed on time. Other responsibilities included having strong problem solving and decision-making skills, scheduling and facilitating meetings, maintaining the status reports/varies logs. In conjunction with my role as a PM, I performed as a Business Analyst collaborating with the functional areas, IT teams and internal/external vendors, to elicit requirements/specifications to interpret the customer needs. Using different methodologies such as (interviews, user stories or pre-existing documentation) I developed a variety of project documents for verification, workflow processes, testing and training. I'm skilled in the following SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) with the use of Scrum to manage the software delivery. I come with excellent organizational, written/verbal communication skills coupled with great customer service/client support.
