and the Caribbean and our goal is to remediate risk exposure to JP Morgan as it applies to every new prospective employee and contractor to the firm. Our team works closely with the Human Resources Department Global Compliance and Risk and the enterprise Global PES Team. My primary role is responsible for supporting the existing processes procedures and controls in place in the Department of Global Security Department and providing regulatory analysis in relation to daily work flow and process initiatives. Additionally my role is to provide a Compliance Review in relation with regulatory mandates set in place to screen employees and contingent workers and to document identified results on the Latam Compliance Spreadsheet. My reporting consists primarily of Real Time reviewing and tracking of each search component on our vendor's website (First Advantage) and also on an HR database to ensure that the appropriate searches are ordered and completed within their pre-defined timeframe for each candidate. I was responsible for escalating derogatory/high risk matters to management providing feedback to management on quality of data and assisting with the development of controls to sustain improvements as they are made. * I also handled Comparison Analysis and review of the LATAM Analyst's input from original requests and information placed into database to ensure that the data is correct in relation to the PES form and other requests submitted from the Recruiter and that the information was accurately depicted in the JP Morgan database. * Once each candidate's Background Screen is complete the Latam Analyst will submit to me for review to handle the final review and sign off to ensure each component has been handled correctly for each specific Latin American country. I was also responsible for auditing and identifying delays in different stages of the process by the PES Analyst and HR over the previous month inputting them onto an Excel spreadsheet and sending them monthly to the Department's Vice President.
