CAREER SUMMARY * More than 25 years of International experience in Projects for Oil and Gas processing plants, including Grass Roots MEGA Projects (YERP, GTL, VEHOP), Solids Handling facilities, Pipeline distribution, Pump Station plants, and Petrochemical Industry. * Excellent experience in Project and Construction Engineering management for all development stages for Mega and small projects, from appraisal (FEL-0), FEED (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) to execution (EP phase) and Construction. Management of several groups during these stages to be ready for Owners Stage Approvals, including preparation of estimates, contractors and vendor Bids, contractor Engineering Deliverables preparation, Value Improving Practices (VIPs) and IPA implementation, Process Safety Management implementation, Design Reviews, P&IDs/PFDs reviews, Model Reviews, PHA and HAZOPs. Licensor liaison for knowledge transfer and confidentiality application. During the construction phase, coordinate with the Contractor all interface activities among the other near projects, engineering disciplines, field construction, vendors and field operation personnel. Responsible for the MOCs (Management of Changes), Engineering queries, Site Instructions, Operations Requests, and the Interface Registers. Ensure all technical documentation, drawings and documents, equipment and material BID packages and Evaluation receive the required engineering and commercial review, during the Design phases (FEED/FEL) or EPC contractor selection. Preselection of the long lead items. * HSE support to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements during FEED/FEL preparation, EPC phases and construction execution thru precommissioning, commissioning and start-up. * Experience with Projects around the world, with diversity of Cultures: USA, U.K., Seoul-Korea, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Russia, Colombia, Venezuela, and Curacao. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), MS Project and Visio, PDS Smart Plant, AutoCAD, Adobe Professional. * Company experience: ARAMCO SERVICES Co.: 2 years YASREF Co.: 1 year ConocoPhillips Co.: 11 years PHILLIPS66 Co.: 3 years Thyssen Krupp Robins LTD.: 2 years Excel Ingenieros Consultores C.A.: 8 years Tecnoconsult C.A.: 1 year Grupo Avellán C.A.: 5 years Oficina Técnica Stubbins C.A.: 3 years
