Summary Work Authorization: Permanent resident of U.S After 13+ years of strong versatile IT experience (including 1.5 years of U.K onsite experience) in various roles like * Salesforce Freelancer * Change Manager * Project Delivery Manager * Project Lead across domains like Telecom, Automotive, Banking, Recruitment and security, in different models (waterfall and agile) and 1 year Salesforce freelancer, now looking for a challenging role in enterprises for Salesforce implementations. As a Salesforce freelancer, 1.Implemented Change Management Process (Dec 2016 - May 2017): Extensively used Validations, Process Builder, Workflows, Standard & Custom Objects, Record Types, Page Layouts, Apex in the below project. 1. Implemented the end to end complete Change Management System in Salesforce to increase productivity (From Estimation & Analysis until Deployment and resolving Post Deployment issues). 2. Implemented different functionalities for various users (Creator, Deployer, Approver & Compliance Auditor) 3. Implemented the auto notification for the emergency fixes. 4. Implemented the approval process for emergency fixes, which was a bottleneck with the current system, which can be approved from Mobile. 5. Implemented data exports and imports with Data Loader. 6. Implemented Auto notifications for the below scenarios: After one day of deployment, auto notify to close the RFC's with proper status. * To the Creator and Approver after RFC creation. * To the Creator and approver if the RFC is not approved before 2 days of deployment. 1. Automated the entire reporting process. Auto create Monthly Change Management Reports and circulate it to the manager of the approvers, with the details of: * Number of changes, count of successfully deployed RFC's, count of Failed RFC's and count of the rejected RFC's. * Application wise or ticket based RFC's deployed. * Dashboards showing the complete picture of the RFC's successfully deployed, failed and rejected. * Prepared Test Data for testing different features. 8.Created the package for the application and deployed it successfully. 9.Integrating other applications with Salesforce. 2.Salesforce Trainer (Aug 2016 - Oct 2016): Conducted training for the consultants to help them transition to Salesforce. Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Trailhead Adventurer with 24,250 trailhead points and 18 trailhead badges. Implemented various trailhead projects like: Battle Station App, Suggestion Box App, Conference Management App. Development Domain: Banking, Recruitment, Airways, Telecom 1.Project Lead: Actively involved in Requirement Analysis, Estimation & Design. Effectively managed a team of 11 in development, unit & system testing. Technology: C++, Unix, Pro-C & and Unit Testing of Gateway application. Involved in Development Unit testing & System Testing.
