I have 15 years of experience in Revenue Assurance from the largest mobile operator in the Philippines, Smart Communications, Inc. My work at Smart Communications, Inc., Philippines gave me the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge on networks, interfaces, platforms, tools, systems, processes, etc. in the telecommunications industry. Through these skills, I was able to investigate and determine root cause of issues and was instrumental in the design, formulation and implementation of innovative solutions (stop gaps and long term) related to revenue leakages, subscribers' complaints and fraud cases. My dedication, problem solving and analytical skills, commitment and effective partnering with key stakeholders led to the significant reduction in revenue leakages, prevention of revenue losses and elimination of subscribers' complaint.
