SUMMARY * Highly motivated IT professional, 5+ years of experience in development and implementation of customized software and web-based applications * Over 4+ years of PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) experience as design developer and PRPC workflow experience. * Experience in gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements and worked on many project methodologies like Agile / Scrum. * Experience designing and implementing strategic solutions in Business Processes Management (BPM), Case Management, Decision Management (DSM) solutions for multiple business domains including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and adaptable to other industries. * Certified PRPC Senior System Architect (CSSA) on version 7.x. * Experience designing and implementing strategic solutions in Business Processes Management (BPM), Case Management, Decision Management (DSM) solutions for multiple business domains including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and adaptable to other industries. * Extensive experience in design and development of Enterprise Class Structure and Framework models. * Excellent hands on experience in implementing the Activities, Flow Rules, Flow Actions, Collections, Libraries, Decision rules, Declarative Rules, Privileges, Access Group and Access Roles, Service level rules, Harness and Section Rules, Summary Views, Report Definitions, Agents, Listeners, Connectors, Services. * Experienced in designing Rule-Agent-Queue, Rule-Obj-Service Level, Rule-Obj-HTML, Rule-Obj-Validate, Rule-Edit-Validate, Rule-Portal, Rule-HTML-Harness, Rule-Obj-Flow Actions, Rule-HTML-Sections, OnChange and Dynamic Select. * Implemented various PRPC components like Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Declare Expressions, Constraints, Indexes and Activities. * Hands on experience on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as Tracer, PLA, Clipboard, DB Trace and System Management Application (SMA). * Experience on implementing the Integration features like SOAP Connectors & Services, Email, LDAP, SQL. * Connect REST rules support the interactions between PRPC and external systems where PRPC consumes the information exposed by external Restful web services. * Good understanding and experience of adhering to BPM/Pega PRPC design best practices and coding guardrails. * Research-oriented, motivated, proactive, self-starter with strong technical, analytical and interpersonal skills. * Experience in Eclipse, IBM Web Sphere, Apache Tomcat. * Involved in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) starting from requirements gathering and performed Object-oriented analysis and design using UML. Knowledge of RUP and Agile development and delivery models. * Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Debugging and Interpersonal skills with excellent understanding of system development metrics, techniques and tools. * Excellent Communication and presentation skills along with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies. * Has the ability to provide solutions from a functional and technical perspective, meet deadlines. * Proficient in using JAVA/J2EE technologies with experience in requirements gathering, system design, database design, implementation and coding, deployment to production and system documentation. * Self-motivated and industrious professional with good technical, communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities with excellent analytical and problem solving skills applied to simplify business processes. * Enthusiastic learner, creative and smart worker with strong work ethics and commitment to work to achieve Client's objectives.
