CAREER SUMMARY Seasoned Chartered Accountant with Big 4 and SOX experience and a wealth of international experience spanning North America, Central America, Europe and the Caribbean. Recently served as CFO of a prominent university in Jamaica and finance professor of a top-ranked MBA school in Paris. Directed the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance of two multi-billion dollar corporations in the USA and automated a number of accounting systems to improve quality and efficiency in financial reporting. Implemented one of the most successful World Bank projects in the Caribbean and piloted the first IPO in Jamaican entertainment. Conducted training in US GAAP and IFRS and prepared accountants for the highest qualification in accountancy. Coached the Central Bankers of Honduras and conducted high-level training for the Government of Jamaica.
