ACCOMPLISHMENTS 1. Implemented a tool that would allow the Desktop teams and Service Desk to provide user account and computer account administration, to allow both teams the ability to proactively get users up and running and keep them productive. Users were now able to be productive immediately and the user account and computer account management across the different domains could now be performed in a timelier fashion, saving 100s of hours of lost productivity. 2. Designed and implemented server migrations and consolidations from Compaq ProLients to Dell PowerEdge servers and PowerVault SAN. including the migration of 11TB of data for a savings of $110,000 per year with no impact to the business or users productivity 3. Created a request management system that was end-user friendly while providing complete tracking and auditing of user applications and permissions. . This included onboarding and offboarding processes, thus resulting in the reduction of approximately 40% of administrators' time while improving the security 4.
