Key Qualifications: Civil engineer/ Project manager / with more than 25 yrs of worldwide experience in Project management and construction, mainly in design, construction, electromechanical erection and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants. Responsible as Team Leader of multidisciplinary engineering teams for review of both consultants as well as construction firms in completing various projects. I have been responsible for direct client interaction on operation and compliance of water/wastewater plants with very stringent technical specifications. As owner of a company was responsible for financial and technical activities related to water and sewerage projects in urban areas and Research on hydraulics engineering related to coastal and river hydraulics, in Mexico and USA.
