Summary: Seventeen years' experience specializing in learning & development and technology related sales. The past 15+ years have been primarily focused in the pharmaceutical industry specializing in process improvement/performance consulting and employee development. As a facilitator of process improvement, one must understand the institutional context for which the improvement will take place. The ability to understand organizational goals is integral in defining the performance targeted enhancements. Establishing efficient processes to help the client work more effectively and understand learning technologies is my strategy and execution plan. Actavis/Allergan/Teva, Elizabeth & Edison, NJ Training Manager April 2015 - October 2016 * Completed 2 FDA and DEA inspections with zero 483's for the MFG, PKG & R&D facilities. * Developed a 3 year strategic plan approved by the Head of QA & Plant VP to build a QA Training department from the ground up. * Outcome: Six sigma principles were utilized to develop staff of 4, achieve compliance, save muda, manage risks & deliver results. ROI savings approximating over $400,000. * Performed extensive internal audits (CQA Certified) with recommended solutions of the training system/processes for the organization, including the decentralized organizational structure, training resources, training processes, role-based curricula, automation/web based training creation of employee & external resource on-boarding, training documentation, trainer qualification, training effectiveness, annual training plans, as well as the standardization and functionality of the learning management system (LMS).
