To continuously look for opportunities to minimize operating cost, and to ensure that quality construction is performed on time, within budget and at the highest level of perfection and finish from inception to completion. To efficiently coordinate pre-construction project activities of the architects and engineers from conception to finish in order to eradicate unnecessary change orders from the general contractor and other applicable vendors. To keep all aspects of the jobsite running efficiently as well as ensuring adhesion to local zoning ordinance, state building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
