SUMMARY Senior Process Engineer with over 25 years of experience providing consulting, design (conceptual, preliminary, detailed), process development / evaluation / transfer, commissioning, start-up and process troubleshooting on a variety of governmental, industrial (metals, power, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum) and environmental projects, locally, nationally and overseas. Deliverables have included Process Flow Sheets (PFSs) Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Heat and Material (Mass) Balances (H&MBs) Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) equipment, systems, and project specifications (both detailed and performance based) contract and scope negotiations studies and reports.
