Key Qualifications - * Effective project leader with excellent problem solving and negotiating skills who is adept at initiating communication with clients, vendors and contractors, and collaborating with team members to set and complete project goals. * Detail oriented project administrator, competent in handling all aspects of documentation, budgeting, permit acquisition, as well as written correspondence and reporting using MS Office Suite (MS Word, Power Point Excel), PNet, and ePRO. * Virtual and onsite project management of concurrent multi-million dollar projects with budgets totaling upwards of $14 Million per year. * Management of all components of Requests for Proposals from RFP development to administering the bidding process, bid selection, relationship building, and ongoing management of successful bids.
