Sheffield 1808 CMM. * Height Gage, Digital Calipers, Depth gages, Dial Indicators, Dial Bore Gages, Thread Gages, Surface Finish Tester, Optical Comparators, surface Plate setups. * Familiar with the following Electronic equipment Ohm meters, Power Supply, Hi Pot tester, AOI Inspection. * Have knowledge in Microsoft office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * I have a strong knowledge of Blue print reading per ASME-Y14.5 (ANSI-Y14.5 2009). * C=0 and MIL-STD 105E (ANSI Z1.4) sampling plans. * Knowledgeable In AS9100/AS9102 QMS. * Knowledgeable in AS9102 Inspection forms. * IPC 610-001 Certified in 2011 * Familiar with TQM, QMS, Lean and 5S Manufacturing practices, production systems, terminology, and quality standards. * Work with DCMA representatives on a full time (weekly/monthly) basis for in-process and finial shipments.
