In my 25+ years in fabrication/manufacturing, I've had the fortunate opportunity to build a broad knowledge and experience base in numerous aspects of the overall running and day to day operations of a development and production business: including managing: production, development, purchasing, inventory, facilities, and procurement. I have also enjoyed the benefits of building and working on several great teams, accomplishing and, in many cases, exceeding company goals and expectations. I'm a very self-motivated, results oriented individual, with a strong "hands on" mechanical and electrical aptitude, and excellent communication, project, presentation & interpersonal skills. I've consistently demonstrated the ability work as a trusted and effective team player/leader, interfacing/coordinating with numerous external/internal customers to complete tasks in a quality, efficient and cost effective manner. I am relentlessly driven to identify more efficient ways of accomplishing tasks in a less expensive, more profitable manner. I am driven to succeed, and realize that the better the business does, the better I will do as an individual employee. I have always, in large part, judged my success as a manager on the success of all the other employees who work for the organization, and are under my direction and influence.
