Summary of Knowledge: * Over 17+ years of diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Quality Assurance. * Solid experience with Online banking personal or business OLB / OLBB and Mobile application testing * Experienced in using automation testing tools, involving understanding the process of any particular application, preparing a framework, preparing test plans, preparing test cases and automating test cases. * Well versed in software debugging, Automation testing using SoapUI Postman for API Restful web services * A detail oriented ETL/ Data Warehousing professional with a focus on Capital Market including securities and underlying assets such as bonds, equity, currency, warrant, future, and options. * Solid experience with Markit EDM /CADIS platform using portal to manage complex Capital Market data. * Well experienced with different software engineering methodologies like Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies. * Experience in various phases of SDLC such as Requirements and Analysis, Design, Development and Testing. * Excellent knowledge of Agile & Scrum development environment, multiple web browsers, and automated testing suites * Sound knowledge of change management tools, User Acceptance Testing phases, programming technologies, and automated testing fundamental concepts * Extensive experience with Chargeback & Retrieval Dispute System (CARDS) for VISA/MC/Discover automation system to handle chargeback/retrievals for all card plans.
