SUMMARY * Substantial Project Engineering experience with production/packaging equipment/line installation, upgrades, and commissioning in manufacturing facilities. * Extensive Project Management experience. Succeeded in all PM roles including specifying, cost control, scheduling, procurement, adjustments, document control, vendor/contractor interface, commissioning, verification, and reporting. * Significant food industry experience. Line optimizations, new products, production lines, packaging, and controls/equipment installs/upgrades. * Considerable experience with PLC based/SCADA controls/automated systems for manufacturing/packaging. * Experience using management software such as MS Project and the ERP systems - SAP, JDE, & QAD. * Excellent communication/PC skills with proven management ability.
