PROFILE: * Having Ten plus years of IT experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer working on Web based and Client/Server application with eight years in the healthcare section. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and on the phases of Software Testing Life Cycle starting from Requirements gathering, analyzing requirement, Test Strategy writing Test Plan, Test Execution, Defect Reporting, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation. * Extensive experience working with Cross-Functional Teams on Requirement gathering & Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Database Testing. * Strong business analysis skills and experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Waterfall Model and Scrum Methodology. * Experienced in translating the business requirements into Use Stories and use cases. * Experience in QA Methodologies, Performed Defect Reporting & Tracking through the entire Defect Life Cycle. * Expertise in working on Manual and automated testing tools in Healthcare Services, Healthcare Insurance, Mortgage, Banking and Publishing sector. * Responsible for all UAT (User Acceptance Testing) * Responsible for Defects tracking, all bugs are updated and tracked by an internal system called DIM's (Development Issue Management System). * Effectively created and executed Manual & Automated Test Scripts for functional, Regression, System, Performance and Smoke testing.
