SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Darrell O'Neal has over 42 years of experience, 36 of which has been in Energy, Chemical, Refinery, Production, Assembly and Water projects, including extensive construction, demolition, inspections (underwater and various sea levels), excavation and site remediation experience. Outages Projects include radiological and chemically contaminated sites and structures at various utilities (fossil, gas, hydro, combined cycle, solar, geothermal, wind and nuclear), commissioning and start-up. Power Utilities, (Power Generation) Locks, dams, water processing and water treatment plants, automotive plants, steel plants, mining operation facilities and material handling systems (all material handling conveyor types, robots, etc.), chemical plants (ethanol, refinery, explosive, adhesives, etc.), food processing operations. Industrial, commercial and residential utilizations. Experienced in estimating, planning and executing work packages and procedures. Supervision of union and non-union personnel, resolving issues, disputes, managing contracts, working with a multiple contractors and subcontractors with coordination on projects schedules, installations, contractors, cost and deliverers.
