Manage a portfolio of 40-50 loans as a Short Sale Negotiator for Bank of America in FHA department Work solely via Equator LAMP i-portal and FHA Connections * Contact borrower and/or agent to discuss short sale opportunity and eligibility requirements. * Advise borrowers and/or agents of documents required and collect documents * Run credit and complete an Income and Asset Analysis to determine eligibility Order titles inspections appraisals
