To create a long-term working position with a Drilling Fluids Engineering Service it to be the best possible company with the best mud engineers with the most integrity and self-worth. I will work to be the best in the drilling fluids business and the work we complete will be conveyed, by its superiority over the other jobs being provided, mostly by word of mouth and our performance on the rigs will always speak for its self. I will always do my part each day, and more by helping others on days when one is in a bind and if needed, we can and will work together on wells that require two (2) men. I can run 4+ drive by mud checks if needed and or work 7/7's, or my best work is on 14/14 camp jobs and all of this is negotiable and or can be switched up* I don't mind working more than others* I will work to help the company any time 24/7.
