ACCOMPLISHMENTS: multi-discipline responsibilities in Electronics Design, Mfg., and Test * Design analog power circuits for test fixtures saving the company capital test equipment purchases for characterization of NPI and DFT. * Build and test 4 state-of-the-art aerospace RF & Active 3D RADAR portable Com Sys (ATC) including transceivers, high power generator, and command shelters for remote installations. * Perform employee training for ESD on Cleanroom Protocols, RF Testing, and supervised Mfg. and test technicians as hands-on supervisor. * Performed overseas Eng. field support in three countries working with multiple disciplines. * Develop system level Designs, PCBAs, test plans, test software, and test interfacing to military aircraft systems with V&V and delivery at customer site. * Develop test procedures for medical and avionics NPD programs including Reliability, FMEA, Life, CAPA, HALT testing, Burn-In, and ITAR programs.
