PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY * Expert level knowledge on Lean Six Sigma techniques optimizing the resources to yield efficient outputs. * Expert level knowledge on Continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen. * Have a very good Experience in Designing tools like Auto CAD 2012 and CATIA V5. * Familiar with 5-Why Problem Solving and finding root cause and developing Corrective Action. * Experience with Core tools: APQP, PFMEA and PPAP. * PPAP experience with submitting to customers and coordinating with suppliers, (SQE) * Experience with new product launches in all phases (Product Realization) * Layered process audit experience. * Knowledge of GD&T Standards ASME * 8D Problem Solving to facilitate corrective action. * Able to use many different metrology tools including digital and Vernier calipers, height gauges, Coventry gauges, etc. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, Project and using such to collect and report data. * Participated in 7th Global Communication Conclave conference, organized by Public Relations Council of India (PRCI). * Experience with meeting customer's specific requirements for multiple customers.
