Summary of Qualifications: * 28 years of Delivery Management experience in Infrastructure Project Management, Application and System Analysis, and Systems Integration roles. * Strong Project Manager highly skilled in project planning and execution, scope definition, risk mitigation, change control, resource management, stakeholder engagement and executive level communication and reporting. * Experience in full lifecycle information technology project and program management, including: o Requirements management, analysis and system design * Financial management within the confines of a given budget. o Development and unit testing cycles o Testing phases, including end user, integration, system, and performance/load testing o Deployment and post production support activities * Proven track record for delivering projects on schedule and within budget * Extensive use of SharePoint for project purposes. * Expert in Waterfall methodology to ensure all teams align to project timelines in an integrated environment. * Proven ability to manage project teams in multiple Geographical locations. * Comfortable leading multiple projects concurrently.
