Developed the design package/proposal from scratch for Sulfuric acid Alkylation technology. Have been an innovator and involved in the development of new technology proposals/and engineering Packages. - Project Sponsor/ Project director for Milazzo de Raffinerie, Italy. Revamp of FCC/ Gas plant/Amine unit/ Sour Water stripper. - Project Sponsor and marketed the ENI/ Agippetroli three Gasoline HDS units. Had single source responsibility starting from proposal/Marketing/ Basic engineering/SOM/ EPC support, including start up of the units. Made 20 MM USD profits from three units for the organization. - Project Director for Shell Pernis and Shell Stanlow LCN Gasoline HDS units. New technology first two units designed simultaneously with responsibility for Basic engineering/ EPC support/SOM. - Responsible for developing the Gasoline HDS technology and providing Marketing and propsals to the Clients.. - Responsible for all technical issue and proposal reviews for all technologies in the profit center. - Was able to sell to Clients technologies which were not commercialized and also offer on some technologies based on similar reaction kinetics without having data on that particular technologies.
