Supported the Space Situational Awareness Provided Configuration Management erudition under the DMSP Program Office for the Defense Weather Systems Directorate (DWSD). Conducted supervisory of Data Management (DM) personnel, provided updates to the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) Operating Instructions (OIs), ensure CDRLs are being adhered to and instrumental in ensuring that whenever Contractual Document Actions (CDAs) are required that they were provided to the contractors (Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co (LMSSC), Integral Systems Inc. (ISI) and Northrop Grumman Corp. (NGC). Assisted government during interface with contractors. Reviewed, evaluated and provided comments to CM documentation (i.e., Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) with tracked changes), and report and recommend specific actions to resolve issues. Managed CCB Membership and developed CCB checklists. Conducted Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and interface regarding Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and interface regarding Configuration Control Sub-Boards (CCSBs) with Peterson, AFB. Worked closely with the contractors to ensure CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) deliverables contain adequate information for review and work along with the Project Officers (POs), Procuring Contracting Officers (PCOs) and Buyer's to provide any procedural guidance required. Attended Sensors and Spacecraft IPT meetings as well as traveled to contactor meetings in support of System Engineering Technical Interchange (SE TIM), Risk Management Board (RMB) and Program Management Meeting (PMM) that take place quarterly in Environmental Monitoring (SSAEM) new start program and served as backup to the Defense Weather Satellite
