Proven in project management especially for location based entertainment projects, construction management, operations management, design and technical development of amusement attractions, feasibility and throughput calculations for attractions, administration, budgeting, finance, business development, customer relations, short and long range planning, start-up and sales. Instrumental the development construction installation and operation of New York Skyride which has been called the most successful non-theme park simulation tourist attraction in the world and XS New York an interactive entertainment venue. * Intricately involved with the development of Skyline Sightseeing a 25 double decker bus fleet operating in New York City and the establishing of the operations and organizational plans. * Accountable for all aspects of the business for two very successful New York City entertainment attractions: New York Skyride a 23.000 sq. ft. simulation attraction in the Empire State Building (opened 12/20/94 closed 12/31/2015) and XS New York a 25.000 sq. ft. virtual game arena located at Times Square ( XS New York opened 6/96 closed in 8/02). * Wide-ranging experience in the development of operational policies which allow for clear communication and effective leadership by management and staff. * Pivotal member of many technical teams which ultimately made the decision which ride/projection system to choose for the NY Skyride attraction as well as which high-tech games and entertainment components to choose for XS New York. Additionally as technical manager for L.I. Adventureland I was responsible for the maintenance repair and safety of all amusement rides within the park. * Launched many incentive programs and employee reward programs that dramatically increased staff retention motivation and decreased labor cost. "You don't work for us-you work with us" was hailed as one of the most successful retention programs in our company's history Directly responsible for an average of $15 million dollar operating budget and for $22 million dollars in revenue.
