Outgoing Bioinformatics Analyst with Master in Bioinformatics and almost 3 years of experience in NGS data analysis. I am confident in analyzing, processing and interpreting of high-dimensional genomics data and in programming in R and bash in Linux environment. I am part of the Quantitative Analysis Core group in the Arthritis and Clinical Immunology department at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (USA). In this role, I got experience in using clusters and bioinformatics software to perform statistical analysis as pathway or differential expression analysis. I work in projects primarily in autoimmunity, but also in cancer and inflammation. Obtained the Master degree in Belgium and the Bachelor degree in Biotechnology in Italy, I do have advance knowledge in statistical analysis and in biology and genetics of any experiment due to this double background.
