I have good communication skills both written and verbal, with all team members (internal and external). * Proven ability with Overall Operations and Project Management. * Able to Estimate with take-off accuracy. * Extremely familiar with many field concepts, practices and procedures (Means and Methods). & Accomplishments Experienced with PLC Controls, BMS, EMS and Energy Backbone Technology. Experienced with the Army Corp. Policies and GC's in the area ie-Austin, Clark, Manhattan, Archer Western, GE Johnson, JE Dunn, Balfour Beatty, DPR, and Beck just to name a few. Field Supervision/Management * I have managed/estimated and built to specification many multi-million dollar projects. * Trained, supervised and evaluated staff, coached improvement of installation skills. * Establish & monitor administrative procedures for the project. Well experienced with documentation and the tracking of such paperwork to cover all aspects of a heavy commercial project from project conception until project completion, i.e - proposal and contract documents (submittals), negotiations to secure contract, budget building and analysis, AIA monthly billings to close-out docs. (O&M's, As-Built, and Warranty Info). * Maintain Quality Assurance and Control.
