SPECIAL METALS TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR/4/11/12 - 3/13/17 My duties were as follows at the start of each shift I met with the hourly union employees and assigned their duties for the shift. I also held a brief safety meeting on the basics of everyday safety. I listened to the employees concerns for the shift and the equipment repair needs for the shift. Throughout the shift I made rounds into the different areas to check on production and quality of workmanship that was being produced. I also had a radio which I could be in contact with maintenance for equipment repairs as needed. I was charged with certain goals we had to meet for each shift. I also had to fill daily absences and call the seniority roster for OT.
