Highlights:

Created Customer, Referral and Clinical Web Portals to enable our entire spectrum of stake holder’s access to critical information. Implemented E-Signature platform to allow our clinical referral sources the ability to edit and sign prescriptions. Established a Hot-Site Disaster Recovery platform in a satellite office to allow full business recovery in less than 4 hours with a maximum of 15-minute data loss. Led development of a real-time Insurance Eligibility system to ensure that patient’s supplies were covered on the day of shipment. Worked directly with the VP of Operations to re-engineer our recurring order business and return HCD to a 70% plus re-order rate. Created new network to support move to new headquarters building with four weeks’ notice. Moved production data center into new headquarters over a single weekend with no downtime. Moved our recurring order team from an historic average of 64% re-order rate to 78% re-order rate. Streamlined our new patient intake process from an average of three days to one day through: Reduced hand-offs Improved new patient scripting Enhanced documentation flow Took our documentation team from an average of a seven-day turnaround to two-day turnaround. Integrated phone dialer technology into our recurring sales, ocumentation team and sales. Designed a system to allow non-programmers to easily create rule sets for each of the insurance carriers we worked with. Developed an order management system customized to the recurring order revenue stream of our business. Identified the need for and built a system to better manage the flow of business critical documents Designed system using Cognos to analyze effectiveness of every TV commercial aired by Time Life. At the sale of Time Life to Direct Holdings Inc., accomplished the following goals in three months: PeopleSoft Accounting implementation New global Wan to support international sites Exchange platform Moved Data Center from Richmond to Virginia Beach A year after completing the build out of a new Ethernet based Wan and LAN for Geisinger’s 100 clinics and three hospitals, Geisinger was named the Best Networked Healthcare System by Healthcare Informatics Magazine. Designed new claims management system that saved Lawyers Title its development cost in the first week.
