Step down Trauma Unit. Currently working still working there. I take orders from Physician, write orders, Wound care, 40 residents at this time. D.O.N. is Jessie 620-442-9300 Responsible for three patients each twelve hour shift. Trachs Quadreplegic Paraplegics Feeding tubes Head Trauma/Traumatic Brain Injuries abdominal surgeries/wounds/ -Nasogastric tubes/Picc lines/Central lines/Intravenous lines/drips Six Travel Nurse on an Oncology Unit with 30 beds. Responsible for 5-6 patients each 12 hour shift bed ICU Unit with me and one Licensed Practical Nurse as staff to care for all six patients. Occasionally I did Charge nurse on their 32 bed Medical Surgical Unit
