the position of RN - Case Manager/Utilization Review in an organization where I am able to make use of my expertise and knowledge in handling patients ER, OR, management of hospital data, quality and quantity control, for the progress/benefit of the organization. Responsible for managing the care and service of patients across a continuum by promoting quality care, effective utilization of resources with internal and external referrals and assuming a leadership role with interdisciplinary team to achieve the desired goals and resource outcomes. This continuum of care will address the individual's broad spectrum of requirements by matching their ongoing needs with the appropriate level and type of health, medical, financial, legal, and psychological care for services within multiple environments through the system. This may involve inpatient, outpatient and emergency health settings.
