Over 10 years of specialized experience with local governments equivalent to a GS12-14 level in the Federal government-specifically that of an Internal Affairs Investigator/Supervisor a Human Resources Investigator a Criminal Investigator, a Backgrounds Investigator, and a Sergeant (1st line supervisor)-with two separate large metropolitan Atlanta law enforcement agencies. I have years of experience in teaming with other Federal, State and local agencies to prevent crime, enforce criminal law, and arrest suspects. I performed specific Human Resource functions in hiring peace officers for the State of Georgia, to include job performance evaluations in the officers' determination of violations of criminal law. I also hired Firefighters, Administrative personnel, Dispatchers, and Animal Control officers. I have expert knowledge of position classification law, theories, principles and practices.
