As a kitchen manager you are the glue that holds the restaraunt together. I had to make sure that the employees were doing their jobs according to the law and health codes and the handbook. Also, I had to make sure the restaraunt was always stocked of the supplies that we would need everyday and keep track of financials while doing so. I also had to make sure the food was quality and was cooked and prepared properly in order not to get anyone sick.
