Responsibilities covered overall ROSS contract conduct & policies proposal writing facility/test marketing personnel supervision & allocation cost estimating safety program cost & schedule tracking test facility design test requirement design test operations program test approvals facility modifications/construction program labor and material coordination program reporting procedure writing & product qualification. Past experience covers over 1,500 rocket engine and motor tests over 500 explosive test events of 1 lb. of explosives or greater and over 20,000 pyrotechnic events. Manages ROSS I & II contracts valued at approximately $185M covering over 11 years and $129M covering over 5 years (120 personnel) and department groups up to 32 people and individual programs up in excess of $3,500,000 in value.
