As a Contract Specialist, I have utilized all available existing procurement vehicles, such as GSA schedule contracts, blanket purchase Agreements and Government-Wide Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in my selection determination. I have experiences with acquisition planning, contract negotiation and ensuring contract compliance. I have also worked as a Social Worker/ Investigator with many States and Local Government system in delivery services to customers. I hold a Law degree - JD, and Master's degree in Public Administration, Bachelor's degree and have the experience, and have been trained in Contract Management and also maintain a Real Estate License.
