Description
Performed Lead the Estimate Team for direct field labor costs and associated materials from vendor quotes on this 350MM re-build project. Tracking of the baseline estimate throughout the project and creation/generation of the Change Management Process to ensure proper credits, debits, and adjustments. General estimates and change order creation, tracking, and approval transferred to cost records as directed. Creation of the project progress base and change management database in Access. Maintenance, obtaining, and tracking progress with reports deliverable to project managers including VP levels weekly. Creation of plans from engineering work packages, determination of needed activities from the plan to develop and create the Master Project Schedule in P6 and presentation to all management with ongoing project reporting. Coordination with engineering, planning, field supervisors, subcontracts, and cost (internal co-workers) to ensure a timely, accurate, and reliable cost/schedule/progress report and recordkeeping for the customer as well as corporate reporting and deliverables. Transferred to TOTAL. duties in Document Control Turn Over of Project Documentation Cost/Controls and QA/QC. Fast paced Turn Around with duration of 8 weeks. Created plans and Turn Over Packages based upon client direction Released & Tracked Work Packages and Reported on all WIP (Work in Progress) & Completed all Turn Over Packages in P6 per client direction. Verified and archived all Client documentation of turnover and acceptance in project closeout process for cost and scheduling. Coordinated with plant managers/supervisors and client designated personnel to achieve project completion in a safe productive and cost-efficient manner. Resigned to Fluor job in Texas City to further expand Project Management knowledge.
