Established methodology for controlling and tracking costs for engineering projects in excess of 100 million dollars. Lead in developing access databases to track engineering project costs and construction cost reporting. These databases were also used to track budgets and input time. Lead in developing Excel Workbooks for use in allocating construction cost to the projects and tools in reporting work-in-place to Controllers for accrual purposes.
