Interact with employees at all levels of the organization to reduce accidents and injuries ensure safety and environmental compliance. Utilize leadership skills to engage various teams' personnel increasing levels of EHS performance. Develop implement and drive environment health and safety initiatives through EHS committees and other business functions to increase levels of employee safety and maintain regulatory compliance. Maintain documentation required to meet company local state and/or federal standards. Plan and implement environment health and safety regulatory training have ability to facilitate and positively influence skills in a team and to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks. Excellent technical knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
