Professional Summary I am a hard working and deeply committed Team member of any company or corporation that chooses to bring me in to their business, and move quickly to learn, adopt and implement a companies policies, ethics and commitment to Guest service. I believe passionately that the key to all of my accomplishments and successes has rested heavily on building solid relationships with the Team members that have been under my direction and have always felt compelled to both motivate them to success and celebrate their achievements As the primary Custodian of a Property or Resort I accept the full responsibility of ensuring that the facility is complaint with all State and Federal bodies, that all building systems function correctly and efficiently and that the appearance of the property is kept at a very high standard. I also accept that the Health and safety of both the Team members and Guests lies solely with me, and as such strive to make any property or resort that I manage, as Safety complaint as possible.
