* Cooperative Housing Co. in NYC, Approx. 500 Units. * By providing technical assistance throughout, negotiating contracts, reviewing plans, drawings and specifications of the Architects and Engineers I completed the following capital improvement projects on time and within budget: New Mailboxes, Storage room, Security Cameras, Intercom, Resurfaced Parking Lot, Renovation of Community Room, Playground, Sidewalk Replacement, Painted Interior of Building, Painted and Reorganized Garbage Room. Produced & filed timely reports for Local Laws: 11/Facade and Safety Inspection Program (FISP), 84 & 87, Roof Top Water Tank Cleaning. Negotiated new laundry room contract, Leased commercial space. * Regular interaction with Local Safety Professionals (Fire Dept, Police Dept, Sanitation Dept. & Con Edison). Provided Technical Assistance throughout reviewed architects and engineers drawings plans and Specifications for a $25,000,000 redevelopment and rehabilitation of a State Housing Authority Project into a Low Income Housing Tax Credit development with Project-Based Section-8 Certificate Program administered by Nassau County. Helped bring project to completion on time and under budget. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of this community. Perform initial certifications lease-up & set up files. Worked closely with Nassau County to determine resident/family eligibility for the Section- A "236" Housing Project of approximately 500 units. Provided technical assistance throughout on the following Major Capital Improvements Reviewed plans drawings and specifications to complete the following projects: Renovation and resurface of garage new roofs exterior facade waterproofing and installation of central fire alarm station under budget and on Time.
