SUMMARY * Senior Engineering Technical Program Manager, with more than twenty years of experience in engineering development and program management * Project Management leadership skills with expertise in leading cross-functional teams in development programs from requirements thru certification ability to work with remote teams including global resources and suppliers * Experience managing Proposals, Milestone Reviews, and Quarterly Program Reviews with the external customer as well as internal weekly Program Reviews * Executive presentation skills extensive experience collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as the senior management, and program office * Can communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of personnel * Broad technical knowledge and experience in understanding and evaluation of design and development activities across the engineering competencies * Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project
