COVER LETTER: To whom this may concern: I have had the opportunity to work for several great companies, and mentors, over my career predominately based in the food service industry for the last 15 years. Throughout this I been fortunate to take away many different customer service, management, operational, retention, and inventory technics. I have also had the fortune to work in sales where I learned valuable lessons in regarding customer trends and successful small business management. Regardless of where or how long I worked for any of these places one thing remained consistent, People, face to face customer interaction has been my career. Anything from serving their dinners to selling them phone services I have always worked directly with the public and the communities that we have served. I have also been fortunate to work directly with United Way of Greenville and Spartanburg Counties through outreach programs directly benefiting underprivileged youth. I have also been able to help with the building of local Habitat houses. I have also had the opportunity to volunteer with local food banks to help maintain their inventory and better organize stockrooms and processes.
