Summary Experience of flight line supervision and lead quality assurance / Faro Arm and CMM experience /Part-145 inspector / flight / mechanic / Phase / Pre-flight / turn-around inspection and Power plant mechanic for the U.S. Navy. Inspect by visual examination or by precision measurement with instruments, jigs, fixtures, templates, patterns, designs, assemblies, sub-assemblies, sections of assemblies or installations for proper materials, finishes, precision mating or fitting, sizes, dimensions, layouts, locations, and quality of workmanship. Experience in detail / final / paint and weld and Composites / machine shop / wire bundle build-up / electronic and avionics instrumentation install. / Lab inspection. Inspectors hand and marking tools and mechanics hand tools. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and special alignments. Experience required to handle the more difficult and complicated phases of inspection work. Material control, procurement, and all outside company operation (anodize / penetrant / heat treat / anneal / tensile / magnetic particle / nital etch / shot-peen / glass bead / chrome plating / cadmium plate to ensure quality standards are in place. Implement planning of removal/replace testing and inspection procedures for flight line. Tests raw material, chemicals, and/or finished product to quality controls to ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable government regulations. Audits of Q.A. and shop testing and build/assy. to determine if product and specifications are met. Advises operating units on quality control standards for raw material, address corrective action where necessary. Class room of NDT / engineering drawings / Schematic diagrams, trained incoming inspector, QTC team member, statistical process control (spc), lean manufacturing, green belt training, this will touch base on some of my thirty seven years of inspection experience. - GE Aviation / Goodrich -UTC / Boeing-2013 / Bombardier / GKN Aerospace / Fiber Dynamics / Electromech Techolnogles are completed contract jobs, all listed prier were permanent employment.
