Profile * Excel throughout all aspects of construction project management including project planning, estimating, cost control, resource allocation, and client relations for engagements valued at up to $200M. * Skillfully devise project plans and schedules to optimize human, financial and physical resources, and ensure budget-compliant delivery of projects from initial launch through completion. * Proven performance in OBO (Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations) projects, military bases, air fields, FDOT highways & bridges, water/wastewater treatment facilities, gas turbine and fossil fuel power plants USAID, underground pipelines, and complete infrastructure projects. * Demonstrated strengths in procurement of materials, labor management, compiling claims and change orders, and seamlessly collaborating with clients, regulatory authorities, vendors, and subcontractors to expedite and ensure success for highly visible projects. * Well-versed in industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and interpreting diagrams and specifications. * Substantial experience with government and private agencies such as US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Coastal Oil, Florida Power Corporation, TECO Power, etc. * Able to anticipate, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve problems to avert or minimize negative impact on operations, quality, cost, and profit.
