ACCOMPLISHMENTS I was the Head Soccer Coach at the Rite of Passage (ROP)/Sierra Ridge Academy an alternative school for at-risk boys for six (6) seasons. We won three (3) championship trophies, and accomplish play-off status in all six seasons. These achievements also helped me to earn three (3) personal Coach of the Year trophies. But I consider my greatest accomplishment as being able to get at-risk youths from various cultures, religious and gang-affiliated backgrounds to unite and socialize to play together as a team to achieve positive outcomes. They learn about the spirit of socialization and teamwork and the great and successful value of such a collaborative effort. My ultimate desire is to become a comprehensive counseling professional with the knowledge, competence, and flexibility to work with and be of beneficial help to (all) individuals and the community regardless of zip-code, culture, gender, religious backgrounds or socio-economic status. I trust that I will be able to find an employer who require my services, and would be willing to allow me the opportunity to practice my helping skills as a productive servant leader.
