PROFESSIONAL summary Five years of experience in maintaining written and in-person communication with developers, product owners, project managers, and end users regarding technical concepts and terminology in English and Spanish * Extensive experience managing reporting and collaboration tools, such as Hip Chat, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Hangouts, and Skype in the development and the business environment * Four years of experience performing business analysis and eliciting systems requirements documents by using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point and design tools such as SnagIt, Invision, Photoshop, Visio, etc. * Extensive experience in logging and tracking tasks and sub-tasks related to bugs, system improvements, and new features by using dashboards and reports in JIRA * Two years of experience working on ETL process using SAP datasets, Business Intelligence tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) in MS SQL Server 2012, 2008, Feature Pack, preparing standard and custom reports, and ad hoc queries * Skilled using Tableau and Power BI to analyze data and support business decisions * Wide knowledge using and customizing ERP and CRM systems such as QuickBooks online, Sage 300 ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness of business processes * Three years of experience creating, managing and reviewing conferences and meetings notes, workshop training materials, event logistics, and participants' documentation and applications * Excellent team player and leader, ability to work independently in a fast pace environment, and problem solving oriented
