SUMMARY Hands-on project engineering manager with 20+ year's progressive experience in plant project management in chemical, petrochemical industries and refineries. Bilingual (fluent English & Spanish, conversational German). Project engineering and management experience from study, financial analysis, front end engineering and design (FEED), scope development, budget, funding, procurement, construction follow up, commissioning and startup. Overall project responsibility. Experience in different types of plants: e.g. oil refineries (FCC & Coker), specialty chemicals, polyurethane intermediates, polymer facilities, hydrocarbons, cogeneration units, waste water and utilities.
